Meet Kristina

Kristina Tejada started her career in 2005 working with Kathryn Hatcher, her mother, where they hung their licenses at Maury People A Sotheby’s International Realty. Specializing in vacation rentals, Kristina was successful in real estate sales and real estate marketing photography as well. After getting licensed in Florida, the mother daughter duo qualified for a Property Management Inc franchise and started Legacy Properties and Partners, a real estate brokerage. Kristina was responsible for all aspects of property management. She enjoyed solving tenant issues, working with associations, and strategizing with property owners. Creating investment portfolios for investors is her expertise.

When not working, Kristina loves playing soccer and golfing with her sons, gardening, cooking, and the beach life. As an avid volunteer in the community, her favorite opportunity to date was helping the Field of Dreams baseball league and coaching girls' softball as a certified coach!

Being bilingual in English and Spanish has helped when hosting exchange students from Spain and China, teaching Spanish, ESL, and traffic classes.

Kristina furthers her education through workshops and seminars and is working on professional designations via NAR with RRC and CRS, including Residential Specialist, luxury home certification, and residential buyers designation.
